Rami earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Process Control from Concordia University and has since gained over 40 years of experience in the automation and controls industry. Prior to founding Spectra Automation in 2005, Rami worked with some of the largest engineering firms from design engineering to project management. He remains heavily involved as the company’s President as well as acting executive consultant on a multitude of projects.

Greg joined the Spectra Automation team in 2019 and oversees Spectra’s project management, panel fabrication, and field teams. With over 40 years of experience, he has had his hands in all aspects of electrical, controls, and mechanical systems. Since joining Spectra, Greg has regularly developed and managed operating budgets for large projects and facilities. He has been responsible for the maintenance and engineering in heavy industrial facilities, overseeing new projects, implementing preventive programs, and supervising facility processes in the medical, biopharmaceutical, and food industries. Greg is OSHA 30 certified and is familiar with all types of controls (PLC, VFD, and instrumentation), power monitoring, and has a level 2 certification in thermal imaging.

Having joined Spectra Automation in 2012, Charles has worked in the automation industry for over 30 years. Charles has a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has expertise in Systems Integration, Automation & Controls, Robotics, Machine Vision, Continuous/Batch/Discrete Manufacturing Processes, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and General Industrial applications. As one of Spectra’s most tenured employees, Charles is a member of Spectra’s management team and his guidance and expertise in process engineering and design are vital to Spectra’s success.

After joining Spectra Automation in 2021 as a Senior Automation Engineer, Anthony was promoted to Spectra’s Director of Technology. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and has worked in the automation industry for eight years, gaining experience in engineering design, data management, and instrumentation engineering. Anthony holds an Ignition Gold 8.1 Certification and is proficient in Rockwell, SQL/MySQL, and OSI PI.

Erica joined Spectra Automation in 2020 as an Automation Engineer and has since been promoted to Spectra’s Director of Automation. She has her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology. Erica has extensive experience with controls and automation and is technically proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, Logix500, Logix5000/Studio5000, Wonderware, Panelbuilder32, and FactoryTalk ME/SE, as well as PLC and DCS systems and SCADA software. She is also familiar with CompactLogix, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, SLCs, various PanelView models, and Stratix Switches.

Mike Brown has worked in the Project Management and electrical engineering fields for over 10 years, and Spectra has been fortunate enough to have had him with us for over two years. Mike attended Umass Lowell for a BS in civil engineering and earned the rank E5/sergeant in the US Marine corps. Mike has his OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and his unrestricted construction supervisor license. Mike is a knowledgeable I&C automation contractor who has managed over 10 million in contract value. We are extremely fortunate to have someone like Mike on our Team here at Spectra Automation.
